On the beautiful planet we call home, every culture that can be traced back to pre-colonial times and further once lived closely with the land. Today, this very land has been exploited through mining, oil & gas extraction, degradative agriculture, and forced loss of connection. However, we simultaneously know that the first principles of restoration are plants & community which leads to a simple yet beautiful solution. If we tend to the land together; the water, our health, and our culture, all come back. Voices of the Land would like to do just that, and we will begin with our people’s stories.
