Your choice of Jasmine/Chamomile tea or Jasmine/Chamomile/Rose tea. All ingredients are whole dried flowers that are placed in biodegradable wood pulp tea bags. Simmer on low heat for 10-15mins before allowing to steep and cool to your desired temperature. Enjoy.
